Introduction
In this article, you’ll learn how to integrate Profit Peak with Klaviyo and start syncing enriched product-level performance data. This integration allows you to power smarter audience segmentation, improve retention marketing, and drive higher revenue by syncing real-time product insights into your Klaviyo flows and campaigns.
Before You Begin
Before integrating Profit Peak with Klaviyo, ensure the following:
You must have an active Profit Peak account with access to the Product Flow Enrichment module.
You need Admin-level access to both your Profit Peak dashboard and your Klaviyo account.
Your Klaviyo account must be connected to your eCommerce store (e.g., Shopify) to receive product or customer event data.
Ensure your catalog is synced correctly in Profit Peak for product attribution to function as expected.
⚠️ Note: This integration is only available to users with an active Profit Peak plan that includes Klaviyo Flow Enrichment capabilities.
High-Level Steps
To integrate Profit Peak with Klaviyo, you’ll need to go to your Account Integrations page in Profit Peak, connect to Klaviyo via OAuth, choose the appropriate Klaviyo account, and approve the integration. Once connected, you can configure which Profit Peak data you want to sync into Klaviyo.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Initiate the Integration
Log in to your Profit Peak dashboard.
Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Account Integrations.
Click the Connect button in the Klaviyo section.
Step 2: Authenticate with Klaviyo
A new tab will open redirecting you to the Klaviyo authorisation page.
Click Continue to proceed.
Select the Klaviyo account you want to connect to Profit Peak.
On the permissions screen, click Allow to authorise the integration.

Return to Profit Peak — the integration should now show as Connected.
Confirm your integration is working
Once connected, you should see the Profit Peak app listed in your Klaviyo account.
Please note that data sync does not occur immediately. However, if all steps are followed correctly, you should begin to see Klaviyo metrics appearing in your reporting dashboards shortly. This includes detailed insights into each of your campaign and flow performances under the Attribution Vertex section.
Additionally, you will start to notice new Profit Peak events being sent to your Klaviyo account. Once these events are available, you can begin configuring your flows based on them.
